Temperature Sensor : Thermistor based (10mm diamter with 3mm thick to fix the probe firmly on infant. Pobe is insulated on one side have well conducting rusting (Stainless steel) and non reacting metallic surfaceon the other side ( Probe wire and attachment site of the probe is pliable, thin, soft and non stiff). Easy to clean, replace and calibration free temperature sensors.

The heater is automatically cut off at 39 degree Celsius irrespective of the set parameters with audiovisual alarm.
Heater Cuts off automatically when heater box temperature >85 degrees.
If there is a >60% heater output for 10minutes it will cut off with alarm.
In servo mode if the probe is dislocated from baby and if there is no rise in baby temperature more than 1°C with in 5 minutes audiovisual alarm will be activated.
Manual mode : Heater output adjust 10 - 10% with 10% increment with audiovisual alarm for every 15mints. Heater will cut off if the maximum irradiance at any point of the mattress area exceeds a total irradiance level of 10mW/cm² (between 10 to 20 mints).
Time out alarm : Manual mode automatic reduction of heater output at 10minutes.
The Controller has memory back up to retrieve set data against power failure.
Alarm facility for patient temperature less than or greater than the required temperature (above or below the set range).
Ceramic heater placed in a parabolic aluminum reflector, and Its installed on heater box made of light weight FRP material with heater guard and temperature at heater guard <45°C in normal use.
Heater box at 60° angle adjustment possible and the heat source is provided heater guard to prevent infant in case breakage of tubes/bulbs. Its made of corrosion resistant material.
